Ozone Therapy
What is Ozone Therapy?
Ozone Therapy uses activated oxygen (O₃)—a highly energized form of oxygen with three atoms instead of two. At Boro Holistic Health, we create ozone by passing medical-grade oxygen through a certified ozone generator. The resulting gas is then used in sauna sessions or gently introduced into the body through insufflation methods (ear, nasal, rectal, vaginal, and more).
Ozone supports cellular oxygenation, detox pathways, and immune balance, and has been used in natural wellness for over 100 years.
How Does It Help?
- Oxygenates Cells
- Boosts energy, enhances healing, and supports vitality.
- Eliminates Pathogens - Antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiparasitic.
- Detox + Immune Support - Reduces inflammation and restores balance.
Ozone is especially helpful for:
- Ongoing immune challenges
- Fatigue and low energy
- General discomfort and inflammation
- Circulatory and lymphatic stagnation
- Skin and wound care
- Gentle weight and detox support
- Adjunctive support during cancer care (under physician guidance)
- Overall vitality and mental clarity
How we use Ozone:
Ozone Sauna –
20–30 min
Combines relaxing infrared heat with ozone gas delivered through the skin. Promotes detox, circulation, and immune support while you relax.
Rectal Insufflation –
30 min
Supports full-body wellness through gentle ozone introduction via the colon. May be associated with increased vitality and microbial balance.
Vaginal Insufflation –
30 min
Used to support circulation and oxygenation in the reproductive system. Often sought for comfort and recovery in gynecological wellness.
Ear Insufflation –
15 min
Ozone is gently introduced into the ears. Members use it to support sinus clarity, ear health, and mental clarity.
Nasal (Sinus) Insufflation –
15 min
Delivered through the nasal passages to support clear breathing, sinus wellness, and olfactory system activation.
Dental Insufflation –
15 min
Used to direct ozone near the gums or oral cavity. May help reduce oral bacteria and support natural oral hygiene efforts.
